Native Earth is a company overcoming some of the greatest challenges we face in feeding a population of 7.6 billion people while simultaneously protecting our natural resources. Native Earth employs scientists and professionals broadly skilled in chemistry, biology, genetics, and plant and soil science. Native Earth seeks to fill a Research Technician/Assistant position that will operate in many capacities. Each workday is unique and will require focus; opportunities for professional development abound because of interactions with scientists and professionals that have extensive experience in agronomy, microbiology, natural resources, plant physiology, and chemistry. Furthermore, opportunities to advance academically, within Native Earth, and network with close-knit parent and sister companies make this position appealing for aspiring individuals. This position may be filled prior to the application deadline - do not delay if interested.

Candidates must be self-motivated and eager to learn and work in agricultural, greenhouse, laboratory, and natural landscape settings. Demonstrate a willingness to function in multiple capacities as part of an innovative team. Candidates must be eager to help evaluate scientific concepts that promote establishment of desirable, healthy plants that include crops and native plants. Scientific concepts that reduce or suppress non-native plants and noxious weeds play a significant role in establishing desirable plants. Evaluating these concepts require candidates to independently coordinate a pilot study and collect necessary data after given clear instructions. Responsibilities are not limited to data collection processes. Opportunities to advance abound and will be determined by a candidate's gumption and resourcefulness.
