Project CoordinatorTerry's Heating and Air Conditioning is expanding our administrative team to include a Commercial and Residential New Construction Project Coordinator! Primary Job Function: Assist management with phone and clerical on new and existing commercial/RNC projects. Communicate with contractors to ensure project is on track. Maintain files and paperwork. Monitor billing and invoicing. Answer multi line telephone and greet guests in the office.
