Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include the following:Supervise the Wellness department and wellness employees in the absence of the Wellness Director.Assess the capabilities, needs and preferences of residents on a continuous basis.Develop and document Negotiated Service AgreementsAdminister services within the applicable scope of the negotiated service agreement.Ensure proper and timely records reporting in your departmentSupervise and coordinate admissions, assessments, and negotiated service agreements to assure accuracy and completenessServe as a contact for family members and/or responsible partiesObserve residents' ability to perform daily ADL's and social skills, communicate potential difficulties or opportunities to the appropriate team memberPresent a professional demeanor that communicates a corporate philosophy of service, goodwill, and genuine interest in each resident's needs.May perform other reasonable duties as assigned by the Executive Director or Wellness Director.RequirementsMinimum, two years of experience within a hospital, ALF or LTC administration or supervision, RequiredCurrent RN License, RequiredCPR/First Aid Certified, RequiredWe are an equal opportunity employer.
