St. LukeA?s Health System has an exciting opportunity for Senior Wellness Coordinator to join our teamSenior Wellness Coordinator The Senior Wellness Coordinator is responsible for providing day to day operational direction to Occupational Health and Wellbeing staff for program coordination, staffing, event management, and marketing materials. The Senior Wellness Coordinator contributes to strategic goals by managing data to improve internal and external employee population outcomes. Position reports to the System Wellness Manager. Required Criteria Bachelor of Science degree in health education, exercise science, public health or a related field.Masters, terminal degree or additional licensure in the content area is preferred.Proven leadership ability with a minimum of three (3) years previous project management experience and one year of supervisory experience. Strong event and project planning experience puter expertise, including information systems and computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio). Additional knowledge of online health risk assessments, coaching applications, survey tools and social marketing preferred.Strong research skills necessary. Knowledge of health and wellness program and their expected outcomes.
