St. LukeA?s Magic Valley is currently accepting applications for a Performanance Improvement Coordinator in our Quality and Utilization Review Department in Twin Falls, Idaho. As the Performance Improvement Coordinator you will create and sustain exceptional patient experiences and outcomes by driving quality metrics and process improvement through effective relationships, in accordance with the mission, vision, values, strategic initiatives, and goals of St. LukeA?s. The PI Coordinator is accountable for applying quality improvement expertise and methodologies to improve quality metrics for designated service areas within St. LukeA?s, assisting in identifying process improvements that drive exceptional outcomes, aligned with evidence:based practices. This person will facilitate the collection, review and reporting of clinical and other data primarily associated with the patients from that area/service, for the purpose of performance improvement, strategic decision making, communication, and education. This position will report to the Quality and Patient Safety Administrator with operational reporting to the Quality and Patient Safety Manager, and matrix reporting to the service area leadership. Required Criteria Current license to practice as Registered Nurse in Idaho is required, with a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience.BachelorA?s degree in a nursing or health:related field from an accredited school is required. Experience in the science of performance improvement and safety is strongly preferred.CPHQ certification or completion within 18 months of employment.
