St. LukeA?s Health System has an exciting opportunity for a Nursing Supervisor to join our team Nursing Supervisor : Transfer CenterThe Nursing Supervisor, is responsible for managing staff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. The Nursing Supervisor provides leadership, guidance, counseling and continuing education to staff; will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff; and works with staff to promote resolution of conflicts and counsels staff when clinical practice standards are not met. The Nursing Supervisor assists with coordination of the schedule to ensure adequate staffing levels and assists with budget planning and clinical needs assessments.
